Have a question or need to make a size exchange?

Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached if supplied. There is no restocking fee for eligible returns. Wrong, damaged, defective, or inaccurately described items are handled separately.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or inaccurately described item, DTOM covers the necessary shipping. If you change your mind, you pay return postage. For a size exchange, you pay postage to return the item; DTOM covers shipping the replacement for one domestic exchange.
